Tracks every journalist target through the PR pipeline — drafted, sent, replied, awaiting follow-up. Cards are built from outreach/pr/targets and enriched with send and reply dates from pr-log.json. Add new targets with the pr-find-targets skill.
Dragging a card updates the journalist's status inoutreach/pr/targets/<slug>.json. It does not send email or generate hooks — those stay with the PR skills. Use it to correct state manually.
